This program has been tested very little, so use at your own risk. If you find a bug - or just want to request a new feature - let me know.
Drag and drop a saved Civ game onto the app and it will prompt you for the changes you want to make. Possible options include adding gold, settlers, or technologies. When you add a technology, all prerequisites are added as well. There is also an option to make the entire map visible.
You can apply the changes to all civs instead of just your own. This allows the game to be played more rapidly without making it unfair. I typically start with 10 settlers, 1000 gold, and Navigation for everyone. The makes the beginning part of the game (which I find very tedious) to fly by while still presenting a challenge.
